My husband has one; it's lasted a long time. But the Cherry green switches sound like a herd of tiny horses running in circles in his office.

There are a few others from the campaign (elves) and some historical legacies of other characters.

Yes! My old player character survived centuries (archdruid) to appear in a setting I am DMing now.
At first it was hard to be sure I treated her like a normal NPC.

Had a friend with a 15 pound abdominal tumor. Docs had hand waved her reports of a large palbable mass for decades.

I had the same. I switched to a new NP up to date on the latest research. HRT made a huge difference and I'm not happy I can't take it anymore.

Gorgeous! And does an artful way of enhancing the ideal silhouette of the times.

I have no idea what to say about some of these weird ones. "Hey, it's a wheel?"

I was in a group that played a different RPG every week, the little 1-3 page ones. A couple were good but either half baked, or it was the GM, who didn't know it well.
Most seemed like they had never been playtested.
Overall, the experience made me not want to do that anymore.

Even though Murderbot is genderless, it always read female to me. I still know I'm going to love it!

As a white man, you've got the most teflon coating in the room to stand up and physically get in the way.

Question: Are the hand painted dice varnished or otherwise protected from nicks at scratches messing up the surface?

Easiest way I have found is to skirt the left walls (ignore the guard) and have Shadowheart meet her old friend. Close that door. Use summons to tank the left opening and just send your fastest toon down to talk. It's good chokehold.

I find it painful how few people realize the number of cuisine changing plants that were native to the Americas.

Just venting, or interested in tips?
The first time it took me about 4 hours. Honestly probably the hardest fight in the game. Right up there with the Phase Spider at low levels.

What if I told you about the healing powers of raw onions.

It's hit or miss with me. In a gritty campaign, it's kind of necessary, and it adds to the theme of a more grounded game. But too many random table encounters are just dull.
As a GM I only use it early on when the table is low level and needs to learn their characters and get XP.

The bird feeder buffet is busy all day! Fun for the cats but with a window screen in between there's no possibility for a good photo. 🫤

I saw a bird at the feeder yesterday I didn't recognize, but it was very striking with clear markings. 3 bird books on my region later, no dice. I have to wonder if it got blown in from somewhere or is a sport of some of the similar birds.
I hope s/he is a regular visitor. Very pretty.

So many things to unpack. Going into STEM for chicks. Expecting college alone to fulfill social requirements. And thinking that people reminiscing about the good old days isn't hindsight through rose tinted glasses.

Thank you! I'm getting so close to being done with this set. IDK what I'll work on when this campaign is complete

I just let the fruit rot on the ground (out of laziness). Each one makes a pile of seedlings. That would cover rotting in place (scarification?), stratification and long periods of moisture in the mulch.
Maybe something in that will give you an idea to germinate them?

I really like the job you did with the eyes. Eyes are my nemesis.

Don't be a ghoul. Your casual disregard of this family's experience is exactly the same as the agents' and those who ordered it.

I was also ground zero for the 2011 tornado outbreak, but nothing right on top of me. 10 days of a neighborhood BBQ using up all the meat we had frozen.

Years ago, I had a weekend vacation, but I was dead sick. I drove out to the cabin and promptly fell on the bed unconscious. The next morning there was no power and trees down everywhere. Staff in a ATV came by as soon as they could get through. What happened, I said. "You didn't hear the tornado?"

I would say yes for creatures that become immortal (vampires, high level monks, etc.) But not for creatures born that way (couatl, naga) since this is just normal for them.
Thanks as always for the thought provoking questions.

I like Evard's for this, thanks. It seems better thematically than Fireball. Thunderwave is pretty strong for this battle since they'll be on top of a tower and there are spots they can get knocked off.

Possibly; dark purple to black. It's shaped like a jalapeño but isn't hot at all. It's supposed to be mildly jot but I use them snacking peppers. My husband says they are hot, but his tolerance is feeling like ground dried paprika is hot.

I've watched this several times. When Macron slips his hand back is just poetry. And Trump looks so confused.

I keep hearing this talking point about how illegals get everything so easy and handed to them.
Gotta look down on someone and make it all their fault.
