www.nytimes.com/2025/04/06/s... André Soltner was one of the low key OG chefs. In the 80s I dreamed of eating at Lutèce and years later when I could afford it and lived in New York, I sadly didn't make it. This sounds like it was amazing send-off for a legendary Chef. 🍜🍽️

Had one plan for dinner but at the last moment switched it to ramen noodles with spicy sardines, cilantro, scallions, lime and sriracha. I’d never added a can of sardines to my ramen but I’ll be doing it again. 🍽️🍜
