Having researched & written about this can confirm 💯 you’re correct! It’s a total waste of good EVOO and increases likelihood things burn. Use safflower, vegetable oil etc. my preference is grapeseed these days. EVOO drizzling, salads etc.

One sleeps cuddled right next to me, the other burrowed undear covers. It’s a good thing I’m single because there’s not much more room in the bed. They’re so little yet I’m often sleeping clinging to the edge or diagonally around them 😂🙄❤️❤️

My mum’s Duck a’la Orange, Beef bourguignon, eggnog & oatmeal cookies. The less my dad cooked the better. I’ll never not be sad my BIL threw away my mum/grandmothers ancient cookbook with all the notes.

It was so much better than I expected. I think it’s how the lamb fat and seasonings soak into the bread and the lamb stays tender. More 🧄 is always the correct choice! 😋
