I use a first generation antihistamine at night - it makes me sleepy. Visteril/hydroxyzine. It keeps the background radiation of green things & cats under control. Then I add Flonase & Allegra for the bad pollen times. That being said, who knows what's going to work the next time? Not me, for sure.

I know what you're experiencing. I take its cousin, Ritalin. I find that unrestful sleep (interrupted, not getting enough deep cycle) and environmental allergy flares make it less effective for me.

"Squeaky" is an onomatopoeian name. Instead of meowing like a normal cat, he makes this faint little creaking/squeaking sound. We leaned into it, even though my husband tends to say "Squeaky Fromm the shelter."
