I will never understand why some people are so against social programs that benefit everyone. Socialized medical care means the equalization of access for everyone. Your mom, dad, kids, grandkids, neighbours, partner, immigrants. Everyone who pays in gets equal care.

I think stopping the tariffs is an easy matter. However the damage to the US economy may remain for decades as the rest of the world’s markets stay connected but the US isolates itself. Americans could end up in a world of hurt for a long time.
