Nostr isn't blockchain-based tho. Not that it has found mainstream adoption. But that isn't the reason why:)

@ifightforkids.bsky.social should be able to help make a block list, so we don't have this nonsense on nostr

Can you assure nostr users that we won't have bridged bluesky paedos?

You don't need a lightning wallet to use nostr. Fair amount of people don't bother. But I see what you mean.

Shared to nostr :) Can't seem to see you there, not even via the bridge: @ap.brid.gy Something to consider maybe ;)

Yes I think that is a more fair reading. I'm not even remotely a jack fan boy, I just think think it was an unfair reading of it as meaning the poor riffraff. I think he sorta meant a more lowest common denominator Left Twitter-style mob. Which is a commonplace social media presence.

Wouldve been nice to have the original post bridged over to nostr to have a crossplatform discussion on this:) Not sure mmasnick is on that bridge tho (and perhaps doesn't want to be). I was wondering what Jack meant by 'very very common crowd'. I don't think the article interprets it well.

I suppose the difference may be that on nostr (I've never used farcaster) there is more of a tinkering community messing about building. Your observation seems about right tho.
