Same o, same o...first protest ever though. Stood with Ellis and Kathy in Mt Pleasant today.

This was the parade he attended while visiting France. The uniforms should have been a dead giveaway. New caption needed.

Did they forget about the "transgender" mice already? Geez. Oh - and if you cancel one new submarine, you could feed thousands of people for years.

A presidential pardon does not erase a criminal conviction from someone's record. While a pardon forgives the crime and removes any legal penalties associated with it, the conviction and the pardon itself remain on the individual's record. As we say over here, "That's some bullshit, that is."

Might want to double check - once you're in their health care system, the VA will typically pay for up to five urgent care visits per year without preauthorization, and will cover ER visits as long as they are notified within 72 hours. - fellow disabled veteran.

Probably because the US doesn't have national elections. Most states assign their electors based on the popular vote. If we didn't have the Electoral College, and we could vote directly for President, then a recall might be doable.

We were subjected to that crap several times a day over Armed Forces Radio during Desert Storm (see also: "Wind Beneath My Wings"). Stupid song, and hypocritical as well: "I thank my lucky stars"..."God bless the USA". Well, which is it?

As a dual US/AUS citizen, it baffles me why anyone would want to piss off Canadians (elbows up!) and Aussies (fierce but friendly) is beyond me. But, Americans will pay the price for decades to come. Our strongest allies have been betrayed and for no other reason than this cretin's stupidity.

It's wild how Orangeman will preen about getting US citizens freed from Russia but ignore the same process when "others" are held in different countries. Of course they can get this guy back - they just don't want to.

Retired AF here - over my decades in uniform, we were briefed repeatedly on the penalties for violating OPSEC (not to mention the lives potentially lost). Had this been my action, I would be court-martialed faster than you could say "Pete's a drunk." Double standards, no? FFS.

This is not the way you treat your friends, period. Canada has always been a reliable ally, at least until Tangerine Palpatine opened his mouth.

I visited Symbio Wildlife Park while on holiday from the US in 2023. Nice place, friendly and caring staff, and I was able to feed kangaroos and an emu, as well as get up close to koalas and meerkats.

Try to go on va.gov to see your VA letters - message says "routine maintenance " but there was no warning. Rumor is they're changing CRDP and other regulations right now. If you have hard copies of your letters keep them handy.

Not to mention the four Canadian troops who were killed by an American pilot in an "unfriendly" fire incident. Thank you, Canada, for your steadfast friendship and I am sorry about Dear Leader's ignorance. 😢

Such a well-written show that's funny for kids and adults. My personal favorite is "Unicorse" with "Annnnnnd, why should I care?" Mum and Dad are true heroes in their daughters' lives and I'm here for it. :)
