A wild one in Washington for the Mets, punctuated by a blown call and a triple by Mark Vientos. www.nydailynews.com/2025/04/25/n...

Carlos Mendoza said he saw the ball hit the ground, as did the entire dugout and the runners, who had to have at least assumed the ball hit the ground since they both took off. Though he doesn’t blame Marquez, he wanted to know how all four umpires missed the hop.

The Nats are swinging early in counts and Senga is struggling a bit with the approach. Given up plenty of hard contact so far.

Hayden Senger was optioned to Triple-A yesterday to make room for Francisco Alvarez on the roster. But the Mets want him to leave confidently knowing he's a big league catcher. What Senger learned in his first Major League stint, and what he'll miss. www.nydailynews.com/2025/04/24/h...

The Mets are the hottest team in baseball because they’re finding different ways to win. More on Marte’s walk-off heroics and how they’ve powered their way to the top. www.nydailynews.com/2025/04/23/m...

Diaz had a cramp in his left hip. He kept cramping up and stepping off before he finally called the trainers over.

I do not know how the Mets continue to wiggle out of these jams but they just... do

Brett Baty hits his first home run of the season to drive in his buddy Mark Vientos. This could be the last time they're in the lineup together for a while with the Mets having to decide between Baty, Acuña and Jose Azocar with Jeff McNeil eying a return this weekend.

Francisco Alvarez and Jeff McNeil are expected to be back with the Mets on Friday in Washington. Paul Blackburn has a stomach bug so he won’t make a rehab start today.

Carlos Mendoza watched Rob Thomson make his move on the proverbial chess board last night in the seventh inning, then he made his own by keeping Luis Torrens in the game. Why he made that decision and more from last night’s win over the Phillies. www.nydailynews.com/2025/04/22/m...

The Mets are 11-1 with a 2.08 ERA at Citi Field so far this season. The rotation hasn't given up a home run here yet, and they've only allowed 10 total this season, the fewest in the league. The starting staff hasn't given up a home run in 11 games. They're absolutely rolling right now.

Ok honestly, this was the best rendition of My Girl so far at Citi Field. Everyone was (mostly) in sync and (relatively) on key. Great job everyone!

Wok & Roll is doing rotating themed egg rolls this season at Citi Field. The current theme is Philly cheesesteak. Could use some hot sauce, but otherwise I’m a fan of this one!

Francisco Lindor has another monster home run to right field. This one hit off the ribbon board of the second deck, close to where that walk-off shot landed a few days ago.

Francisco Alvarez and Jeff McNeil will play a full nine innings in Triple-A tomorrow and then one of the games of Syracuse’s doubleheader on Wednesday. They could be activated after that.

Mark Vientos thinks he was cramping from dehydration. He's not concerned at the moment, but he'll be out of the lineup tomorrow. If he's still sore in the morning, the Mets will send him for imaging.

He left the game with groin discomfort

It’s baseball weather and the fans are showing out for it!

The bottom of the Mets order is finally starting to produce

The Mets have New York or Nowhere sweatshirts hanging in their lockers for the first game of the homestand. My two cents: The collaboration with New Era turned out great. If I was a fan I would be dropping some serious money on one of the jackets right now.
