'Being encouraged to consider your gender identity might not be cis is violence' but make it woke.

The egg prime directive is fully in line with Project 2025 and I'm tired of having to pretend it is in good faith.

god, i could just scream. i fucking hate it. being trans is not a dirty disgusting thing and transitioning is not failure.

The "egg prime directive" is a transmisogynistic psyop.

For real.
There are plenty of queer-identified people that will loudly and repeatedly encourage you to identify out of womanhood, but if you suggest a "cis guy" might be trans you are apparently an emotional terrorist.

the US, in particular, claiming winning WWII as "heritage" is particularly egregious when you learn that the US turned away a great many Jewish refugees fleeing German Nazi persecution
US Jewish people are often the descendents of the survivors who could pay their way to a new life and immigrate

This one is ridiculously disgusting. Ohio will defund YOUTH HOMELESS SHELTERS if they support transgender youth. Ohio legislators, Brian Stewart especially (a primary sponsor of this bill) care more about how a kid identifies than making sure they aren't dying on the street. 3/5

This is why if you're against trans rights, you are a nazi

and that less than 60% (56.3% to be precise) of trans women are and had been employed full-time over the preceding 3 months.
That works out to roughly 27.4% of trans women being underemployed or out of the labor market, and a full 43%+ of trans women locked out of full-time employment.

In the data for my thesis, I find that black trans women are, by far, the most likely to be unemployed, and that white trans women are relatively the most likely to be employed. However, all trans women are subject to a labor market penalty, and my thesis demonstrated 16.3% overall unemployment...

As I argue in the full thesis, losing family and friends is social enforcement placed upon trans women for their gender and material acts to change their sex and gender- but it isn't ONLY social- family and friends are a form of material support and safety net that is also lost.

Also, "In terms of family and friend connections, [trans women] generally agree with the idea that they lost family due to their transition whereas it is flipped for friends, they very slightly disagree or are neutral on the topic of losing friends due to pursuing their transition."

Trans women "... generally disagree with the idea that they gained professional or educational opportunities with their transition but are closer to neutral to the idea that they gained social opportunities with transition."
Not this is "closer to neutral", not "neutral"- i.e. this is still a loss.

In other words, binary trans women have it statistically slightly worse as status-quo/baseline risk and non-binary transfems have had a statistically slightly greater increase in risk since 2025 began. As I said in my thesis, this is not a point of competition or division. It's context for nuance.
comment in response to

Not that the above statistic is only for "increases" in risks, and that, "...binary trans women perceive slightly more status-quo risks of harm and more discomfort in the environments of their lives than do nonbinary transfems- but nonbinary transfems feel more at risk in their home environments"
comment in response to

So-called binary trans women are NOT privileged.
"...binary trans women indicated facing greater cumulative escalation in risks in the community and health environments, but all of the other six assessed environments showed nonbinary transfems indicating higher cumulative increased risks scores."

Surveying exclusively trans women in the U.S., exactly 0% indicated being NOT at risk of being the victim of a hate crime. Further, "Over 50% of participants said they were currently at risk to each of the following harms: sexual assault, murder, and/or hate crimes."
This is in the U.S., folks!!

Here I demonstrated "visibility" as surveillance.
"Visibility for trans women is a threat of inevitable violence, not a lever of privilege or power. If visibility helped trans women, if it gave them power or resources, the numbers would be flipped... Visibility itself is a risk for trans women."

whether you buy the bundle, donate to my gofundme, or donate to lena's gofundme, you're materially supporting cool queer people in surviving another day of this bullsh*t.

or help my friend lena with her plan- she needs to raise tuition AND fleeing costs, now that her deposit has been covered (she needs about $24k USD to get safe, none of the scholarships or loans she went for panned out- a consequence of discrimination and poverty.)

I'm especially looking for obscure indie and selfpub titles that might otherwise fall through the cracks!
If there's an obscure title you loved this spring, now is an excellent moment to make sure it's on my radar.
