Kynseed, Mabinogi, and Wildermyth are the only three I can recall with that kind of system. Dwarf Fortress: Adventure Mode is an open world roguelike with aging too, but it doesn't affect stats. They just die when the game checks if that race should die at a certain age.

I'm glad you asked this because I've been considering switching from Spotify too. I used it for years, but it seems like their awful practices are causing several artists to depart from it (based on how many songs are going "poof" in my playlists). :T
