According to the lawyer i talked to W-9 and W-8BEN are tax residence forms, I will have to disclose I also pay taxes in the US, polish taxes are really coplicated and I wasn't ready bc the first accountand completely ignored what I was saying I have no idea if I won't pay tax for substar twice
