The Internet is BUZZING about this truck. But it's still vaporware until they're on the road and I won't subscribe to them as viable until I see someone actually pay $20k for one. I doubt it'll still be $20k in 2027.

I fully agree with you on this. We shouldn’t be using an LLM to blindly create without checks. However, to speed up process and check something instead of write from scratch is a huge time saver. I use it to draft up templates for documents and fill in blanks Env, ethical, & econ concerns are real.

Never. I’ll take a 5 minute download and 10 minute reboot once every few months over this, especially when I can fast track to the latest version instead of sequentially doing this for hours on end in Windows.

What platform did you pick it up for? I'm contemplating picking it up but unsure if PS5 or PC would be a better choice.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph we are STILL UPDATING 3.5 HOURS LATER. It took me 45 minutes to download & install updates on both my personal & work MacBooks, my iPhone, and my Apple Watch. I hate that the vast majority of people tolerate and accept this.

Oh! If you’re a Mac user the default app, Preview, does the reorganizing and combining bit for free. And saving as a PDF is usually just an option in most apps that manage documents (browser, office apps, design apps, etc.). Plus I think every OS offers print to PDF now.

If you’re into self-hosting web apps: www.stirlingpdf.com Alternatively I’ve heard great things about Foxit. www.foxit.com/pdf-editor/ The least helpful option is to stop editing PDFs and use a better document format for editing, but that’s mostly cynicism talking.

I absolutely adore that you're so into making bread. I couldn't bring myself to go through all of that effort every time I needed/wanted bread, but I love that it brings you this much joy and DAMN does that look good compared to a store loaf!

All in a day’s work for a casual birder. What a lovely thing to experience.

I think you can sign up for something and not realize how bad it is. Many people discover the horrors of gym memberships this way. But yes I do believe some people complain just to complain too.

I feel this so hard. I hope relief comes soon for you.
