Libraries are vanishing – but Essex fought back. Now, they're evolving into vibrant community hubs for the 21st century. There have been 800 library closures nationally since 2010 – nearly a fifth of the total. In Essex, however, vigorous public campaigning stopped it. ❤️🙌
