Thank you for this post! I wish it had been around 5 years ago when I switched to Python My ggplot nostalgia has been improved by altair - same philosophy of Grammar of Graphics, even if different implementation. Only negative is it doesn't work well >5000 data points. uv is pretty awesome

They haven't had an episode in 5 months, but nssdeviations.com is about Data Science and R. It's the only podcast I still Patreon for - it's great! By @hspter.bsky.social (who made the R mug attached) and @rdpeng.org They have almost 200 back-episodes which are still worthwhile.

Thanks for developing this -- it looks really cool, can't wait to try it. Would you consider adding support for local LLMs (maybe through ollama)? I'd love to try it at work, but Claude isn't allowed for security reasons :-(
