Yes, EPL is currently the strongest league in Europe. Players high stats in other leagues usually trend downwards when player moves to EPL (see Marmoush - Outstanding in Bundesliga, very good in PL). Spain and England *very* different stylistically. Spain seems to produce better technicians.

Yeah it's always sink or swim, every transfer is a risk. Don't know until the player makes the move. As a United fan it does suck, always thought he had enough game intelligence to make it at the elite level. Big enough sample size now to suggest he won't

Defenders better technically in the prem -> Coaches put higher technical demands on defenders -> opposition attackers need to be better at pressing: this means that attackers who "don't" press with intensity AND intelligence will be easily found out (Sancho) even though he was *good* in Bundesliga

Shot volume being down is quite common from weaker leagues to the Prem. Werner's problem too. Harder to create big chances in the Prem due to stronger mix of talented defenders. Attackers who struggle to dominate defenders physically will find it hard on the wings in the Prem.

Shout out to Arcade Fire, Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes, and Grizzly Bear too (although more late 00's)

You're a good egg. Don't let them get to you, people like that will never choose to understand. And without understanding, whatever they say is uninformed and irrelevant

Such an integral part of both mediums is the importance of narrative, heroes and villains (and the often grey area in-between) and the suspension of disbelief! Amazing to see this crossover!

The sad thing in Myanmar's case is the "final" number will very likely be a severe underestimation due to both the Military junta's ability to suppress information, and the inaccessible (but heavily populated) mountainous terrain that cover the region hit by the earthquake

Wasn't this supposed to be the point of appointing James Timpson as minister of prisons? A complete revision of the sentencing framework, and how we reintegrate offenders back into society so they don't reoffend? Hasn't been addressed at all since the riots took place

I think we need an admittance from people of all political backgrounds (particularly from those with power) that this is the case.
