Well my stress level is through the roof but all this is inspiring me to make changes. Working on disconnecting from big tech for starters, switching my electronics over to those that support open source software, and going to learn to code Linux. Backup career when healthcare implodes?

I work in healthcare. The problem is, the "sometimes a little bit wrong" also applies to AI generated healthcare information, which can have life threatening implications. I have not yet read an AI summary for healthcare that did not contain a major error.

I work in healthcare and sometimes use "Dr. Google" to find good resources for patient education. The AI suggestions without fail have factually medically incorrect information that has the potential to make folks much sicker and/or unalive.

Practice makes perfect. I have definitely had some doorstop bread turn out. I am using the Sofia culture from Heirloom Sourdough (SF, CA). It doesn't hurt that where I live is not far from there, so the local flora is not that different.
