I live in GA and work in FL. Word on the street is they want Georgia to pay for it. They're reaching out to Tyler Perry to see if he's willing to contribute.

I love this! Love Katt and it would be great for Alabama but he is going to have an uphill battle with the environmental issues. I hope he can make it into something amazing! Cheering for him all the way!
