I just started The Suspect by Rob Rinder. I loved his first book and this is just as good so far.

I’m finally reading Yellowface by RF Kuang.
I’ve just finished Susannah Constantine’s autobiography which I enjoyed although it was lacking all the What Not to Wear gossip I’d been hoping for. 😂

They’re awesome. I’ve done some smallish treetop walks and suspension bridges and it’s the bounciness I hate. 😬 I grip on for dear life while others casually stroll across.

That would totally give me the fear but I’d still have to give it a go - I just wouldn’t look down! 😂 That fourth photo is amazing.

I was going to say I’m surprised it was that recent but it’s 25 years ago. 😂

I think the last time I flew in a plane with ashtrays it was 1990. I’d definitely be worried if I boarded one now. 😂

I was using bookingdotcom and thought I was getting good results but Stay22 really boosted my affiliate bookings. They have GYG on board now so I’ve switched their links over too. I’ve got a referral link if you want to try them out (we both get a bonus at 100 bookings) but obviously no pressure.☺️

I ignored them a lot last year as it was too depressing. Hopefully it’ll be a case of onwards and upwards for us this year though! 🤞🏻

Thanks - nice to see the back of 2024 and all the Google nonsense! Just hope I’ve not jinxed it now. 😂

This is one of my favourite things to eat since you guys introduced me to it a few years ago.

Sounds amazing. I think that’s one place that could genuinely be called a hidden gem.

I don’t mind doing anything like that on my own. It’s not like you can talk to people anyway when you’re watching a show. Well you can, but you shouldn’t.

I fluked it in 6 - I still had a few letters it could have started with. 🙄 My mum and my FIL both failed.

That’s a nice little bonus! I like the idea of the small classes and the fact you can have private lessons too. I’m fine reading and writing but need a confidence boost in talking as I have a terrible habit of starting every sentence apologising for my Spanish. 🙄

I’ve been waiting at conveyor belts before where nearly everyone with a plain black suitcase had decided to do this so just about every black case going round had a red ribbon attached to the handle. 😂

Madeira is already top of my 2025 list and this just confirms I need to get something booked soon!
