Yes. I am definitely doing my best to eat my fibres first these days, and incorporate vinegar where I can. Never gonna be perfect, but I do notice a difference.

My old Jeep had a back up sensor on it and if the smallest amount of snow or ice got on it it assumed there was something there - but not before letting me start to back out so it would slam on the emergency brake and sound alarms in embarassing fashion

You know they call corn-on-the-cob, "corn-on-the-cob" but that's how it comes out of the ground. They should just call it corn, and every other type of corn, corn-off-the-cob. Its not like if someone cut off my arm they would call it "Mitch", but then re-attached it, and call it "Mitch-all-together"
