Yeah just adding info :) Our operating cost usually is the highest the months leading to the convention, so the upfront cost kind of trend the same as a physical convention, just maybe not exactly a massive payment to the venue 30 days out like a physical hotel, but that one comes immediately after

Furality has ongoing costs throughout the year for the convention, most physical cons pay to rent the venue for space on the weekend. We pay to rent it and pay to build it. It helps a lot when all the registration funds aren't only during the week of the convention

We are collecting feedback on desired currencies, we targeted basically the currencies that the most players that currently attend are, and new this year we started surveying countries in registration as we don't really have any metrics that granular. We have to hard code every parity for it to work

Have a good pm and art director for creative and some other changes that have allowed the creative team to be already working on worlds for Somna. A welcome change for the whole team. Dev Time for umbra was cut deeply by issues that have been since resolved. Hope it's enough

Layout and settings. But when things don't get don't early for the convention we don't get to test the world's before the attendees see it and it often takes a bit to get to the baseline we event wanted for the world's before it's revised further. But things are looking better for Somna now that we

So accessibility has been something that is important to me since I joined the team (and of course others). We have had team members with skill sets in accessibility testing audit out web tools and we have made many changes servicing that. For in game things it is often part of the consideration on
