Separation of powers does not give any branch that authority. Congress has great authority over SCOTUS, and can change laws to offset decisions and start the amendment process.

My favorite pair is the Sony WH-1000XM5. Use mainly for trance and techno, but also classical. I find them very comfortable, but everyone’s different on that. Nice noise canceling, but sometimes I wish they would go louder.
