#SFFCHAT A2 - Flint is the local Parks Guild Deputy Guildmaster so he works to take care the parks and greenspace. It stems from growing up an orphan and the parks being happy memories for him. He's also in-tune with nature and respects it. If this were DND, he'd be a dragoborn paladin/ranger.
