I think you're hitting on why my mother's crippling accident and my loss of Catholicism happened at around the same time.🤔

My mom always called raisins "dead flies in body bags" - I like them in cereal and on their own, but I totally agree when they're in bread.

I say you're a liar. You are lying about being a Democrat. Where did this racist shit come from?? I didn't mention race, I corrected a grammatical mistake, one commonly, purposefully, made by Republicans.

Do you grammar? The name of the party is the Democratic Party. The individuals call themselves Democrats. I am a Democrat, a member of the Democratic Party. I know English is hard, but I don't think you're going to have much luck getting actual Democrats to "reform" if you can't even pretend.

Nothing like a totallly, for real, *I used to be a democrat* post from someone who calls it the "Democrat Party" - I don't know about y'all, but I've always been a member of the Democratic Party. *shrug*

Not sure I ever made it out to the county library, but I was a ten minute walk from the nearest city branch.

My elementary school DARE officer was such an idiot that my best friend was graded down on her test because instead of saying drugs are "any substance that is not a food that affects the way your mind or body works" she said "any substance that is not a food that affects you mentally or physically"

I got my library all set up! No more books in boxes, they're all properly visible on shelves! (They've been in boxes in a closet for five years.)

I was raised Catholic - actually reading the bible was what made me an athiest. Though I prefer Pastafarian, because I've been touched by the noodly appendage of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. ;)
