No kidding! I think everyone who says Medicare for all has no idea about the reality of Medicare. Tell me healthcare for all and Iā€™m on that train.

You got to liberal diverse neighborhoods your candidate talks about inclusion and opportunity in the way it matters to them. Inclusion=belonging Opportunity=money/resources Thatā€™s what humans want everywhere. Sell it to them how they need. Marketing firms do this all the time for different regions.

Only woke if youā€™re messaging wrong. Go talk to coal miners in KY you talk about inclusion at the table when the corporation is taking away your benefits and opportunity so your kids can work here too like generations of your family have.

But we lose sight of that and complicate the message and lose elections.

We have a unified message: Inclusion and Opportunity Two words! Simple! but candidates and organizers fail every time to deliver that message in a way their constituency will understand. EVERY single issue we fight for can be brought back to those two words.

Problem is AOC and others can sell, but once they buy the product and it doesnā€™t work as described, because itā€™s not as simple as a soundbite in Insta, then the customer/voter isnā€™t going to buy again. Case in point: 2024 Dem turn out.

And thereā€™s no whiteboard, chart or wonk thatā€™s going to explain that to the hungry belly.

We lost because ā€œprice of eggsā€ was better than ā€œhousing policies that give tax rebates so you can buy a new homeā€ You canā€™t think about buying a home if you canā€™t afford eggs.

#Democrats spend time educating and talking policy thinking that knowledge will create wisdom. Hoping that with knowledge people will vote wisely for policies that protect and benefit them. Itā€™s not working.

What is the possibility that part of that code scrapes 1/1000th of a penny of every transaction to an offshore account for Elon and Trump. Doesnā€™t seem like much but adds upā€¦

Weā€™ve learned to put condiments in the drawers and veggies on the shelf. We see them and eat them. Less waste.

Democrats trying to shame people who have no shame seems like a waste of time.

Do it backwards. Write 30 min then treat yourself to caffeine, and double screening a good show. No regrets.

Email is from DLCC not the DNC. Regardless, this is a campaign committee, like the DNC whose purpose is to get Dems elected, not to ā€œdo something!ā€ Thatā€™s up to the candidates or elected to do. We canā€™t get anything done unless people are elected and for that we need money. Ignore it or give.
comment in response to post
Except it isnā€™t because the email is from the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee not the DNC.

There are several vice chairs at the DNC not just one. Malcolm Kenyatta and Artie Blanco also won seats.

3 people talking about laws and the work theyā€™re going to do and one person with a ā€œcash me outsideā€ gotcha tweet. I know which three Iā€™m supporting.
