Efficiency or EMPIRE?! Accessing & rewriting code so gov bureaucracy will be managed/operated by a centralized AI system such as Musk's xAI, or even feeding read-only data thru Grok, constitutes a conflict of interest (Musk ultimately enriches himself), not to mention poses a direct security threat.
