Inelegant “speech” (if it can be called that way) and probably a last nail in the Transatlantic alliance. I heard that some in Canada are considering association or even joining EU. Might not be a bad idea.

As a Presbyterian who served with Worldwide Ministries I must say there is something to be said about buying local! That supports local communities twice and is also more environmentally friendly.

People usually do not appreciate that even a basic collection of the handwritten Hebrew Biblical scrolls (5 books of Moses, 5 holiday scrolls - Megillot, Psalms and say Isaiah) would cost an equivalent of half a million $. Not something a small farming village could afford.

Facebook, Instagram etc are completely out. In this BlueSky I can occasionally post a picture. After seeing parade of tech-bros at the inauguration I am starting to understand. We cannot trust them.

Peter, thank you. I needed such distraction from that disaster in WDC. I am now triple grandpa and enjoying every precious moment of it. This princess is actually the middle one. My son works for IBM research in quantum computers and more or less forbid me posting anything from our family.
