The high cost of housing means that Vancouver is ageing in place as a practical matter. A lot of those single family dwellers are tilting right. There aren’t enough younger people to renew them. And not every Vancouver riding has UBC.

I just moved into a smaller place for love. I’ve had to get rid of a lot of stuff/clutter and there’s still work to do. But I saw a video I will link to (eventually) that talked about active vs inactive in terms of spaces in the home and that was useful.
