If this measure were truly about local control it would have been handled in a different manner. Local control would have been discussed openly, town halls would have been conducted, community surveys would have been allowed, public comment would have allowed. Link in the comments.

There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers. Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.
