I do Vipassana meditation, and took a 10-day course last year. 10 hours a day for 10 days, with no phones, internet, nothing. Life changing, for the better.

I have a friend who's angry at me because I refuse to be outraged. So she's mad about politics and mad that I'm not mad. What a sorry way to live. I'm too old to waste whatever little years I have left that way.

Once I had 4 of the 5 letters correct but misplaced in my start word, but I didn't get the correct answer until my last try (Phew!). There were just too many options using those letters.
