There was a VERY loud Bagpiper, playing throughout King Charles' un-ironic, whistle-stop visit to a FOOD BANK today. Wonder why? Alloa, one of the poorest towns in Scotland. The hand-picked crowd of VERY old people, were waving Union Jacks, that were handed out to them. All very 'North Korea'.
