Is this about the sponsorships? When we'll hear the results

We are not living under perfect lab conditions. When it works for you, it works for you :)
Oftentimes, it's not about replicability but a bit of encouragement.
It worked for dmytro. It may work for me.

You still can't say if it works 1 out of 10 times without trying it in 10 more cycles.
But everyone wants to hear good stuff. So just say it.

For those who stuck on macOS 10.15 Catalina like me
Burp Suite's auto updater starts to break stuff
Community 2024.8.3 comes with Chromium 129.0
Even tho Chrome states;
"Starting from version 129, Chrome will cease to support..."
It's the latest stable version that works ✌️

I barely click ads. I'd click if that was a comparison page maybe
On the other hand. If someone was coming after me, playing dirty. I'd find a service like mTurk. Create a job to "search this keyword, click the ad" and drain their ad budget

Interesting one. What I had in mind is a feed on this UI with static posts each day.
That looked like a low hanging fruit. Until I failed miserably to create a feed :)

For more information about the product; leadinvestorslist.vercel.app
In short; it's a list of contact information of lead investors, the company they invested etc
That's a noice og:image bmc 👍
I know bmc wouldn't bother me for the content, I'm unsure what polar people has to say about it

checkout skyfeed.app if you think you can manage it through a UI

Charge to post
Charge to skip the queue
Charge for sponsorship
Algo can randomly display or watch the like count after publication
You don't need to listen to firehose or anything, just serve a few fucking json files that bsky can read, that's where I gave up tho
Feeds are f'ed up

It's the same people from the same circle, I want to be optimistic but I guess it's against my nature.
Some speculate it's a specific group politically which makes sense and contributes to friendliness aspect but IDK

I saw this post on my feed
"No promises but I’m working on a proper BlueSky OAuth client library"
I was like why this guy looks familiar. So the answer is yes, sorry. :)

Like a feed full of elon and a few ads sprinkled in between wasn't enough a reason.

I have no intention to affect you. It's about who someone I care supports and promotes
And yes, it affects me. "Top-10" made me believe it's not the timing, not the idea, not the execution but the audience.
The marketing power which I don't have and an end-goal which I don't desire

You think it's accurate and that says enough.
I explained why it's inaccurate. If for a reason in a day I get a pump and dump of followers it wont catch it.
If I had 1000 followers now, delete them all and register to your service, it would show 0.
Where were the negative assumption?

I tried to find explanations and my interpretations doesn't bring any answers.
Looking at the "top-10 in the industry", neither are
great engineers, copy-writers, communicators, entertainers.
In my eyes, they follow a corp-style “play nice and kiss up” strat. to get where they are.

BTW it's most likely possible to listen to websocket/firehose and filter follow/unfollow actions to make it precise
So he practically fucked-up a good idea for the rest of us :)
That's the moral of the story for me, that's the inspiration.

A simple idea, that is a false-promise that claims to monitor history while most likely fetching the the current followers, mapping the date
USP?
A sponsored profile link on every page for $19/week
How many people you know can get inspired from this and pull this off?

Any answers for those "how(s)"?
How that led to the profitable outcome?
I saw people building on bsky, yet to made $1.
Is it possible that he has 90K on X, a single tweet generated 9K impressions that convented into 4 paying customers
Is that a success?
