Go Vikings! You look great, Skinner. PS When you consulted Mean Cat about the weather, did he outright lie?

I love all of these!

I’m having the same problem! I attribute this to political craziness. Last night the resorted to taking 2 Gabapentin (prescription for fibromyalgia) instead of one and I finally got 8+ hours of sleep but have awakened pretty groggy. Ugh. But as long as I can knit, it will be a good day.

Super easy! Basically you alternate the slip stitches every other row on the heel flap so instead of vertical rows you get this sort of diamond effect and the back is as cushy as a regular slip stitch heel flap. 🧶

Took me some effort to work through the pattern. It’s written in a bit of a confusing way in parts, but I think I’ve got it now! Love it. 🧶

Yeah I’m a Chaiogoo knitter and I’ve used their mini twists and small circulars l, but I have long slender hands and I prefer long needles so magic loop or two circulars are my faves. I switched this project to the latter this morning and it’s moving along well!

It is. Watch some videos. It’s easier than it seems.

This is an all too personally familiar cautionary tale.

That was actually from ages ago. If you watch it all the way through the narrator even talks about “the next election.” I’m sure that Em still feels the same way about Trump but that YouTube channel is basically clickbait.

I see what Trump’s people decided to do today. Claim Trump is the administrator of all the things. They believe that SCOTUS gave him carte blanche. Dictator on day one and beyond.

That image is from 2020. She didn’t attend this year. I loathe this woman, but accuracy matters. Note the caption.

I fully support criticizing Melania. But she wasn’t at this year’s Daytona 500.

Why wouldn’t Trump make this entire discussion of unconfirmed power moot by simply nominating Musk to a real position. His senate would confirm Musk as they have done with other horrible appointees.

When the audio is as bad as Khanna’s was today, you should stop the interview. What’s the point of we can understand the guest? All dems need to be sure they are doing their interviews from a location with well-connected internet, and a quality mic. Otherwise why bother.

It’s one of Jamie Lomax’s doodle patterns where basically you choose whatever doodles you want from the pattern and you choose your order and your yarn weight and your colors and what you want to knit, then you have at it! 🧶 #showmeyourknits

It’s that junky, clunky, inflexible cable that made me give all of mine to charity years ago.
