He has probably threatened to ‘primary’ those who aren’t ‘loyal’ to him. ( to primary- sort of buying a different candidate by supporting the chosen one with ads and campaign money) And many probably think he has some dirt on them… The people are protesting and loudly and often.

It will be disastrous if Medicaid is cut. At least half my home health patients were. Medicaid.. it is all they have, and it isn’t like they get any extra money. And many nursing homes and rural hospitals will suffer great losses. And people will die.
