I did a very deep dive on this when it first rolled out and the only success case so far seems to be someone who literally called them and got someone on the phone and said “I’m an editor and could be sued for using plagiarized AI material in my work TURN IT OFF” and they manually turned it off

Actually I’ve got a good one that’s come up in conversation lately; check out Embrace of the Serpent. Native centric film about the Ecuadorian Amazon in the rubber boom and a major plot point is an ethnographer who “cannot dream” hunting down a hallucinogen to facilitate it.
