Oooh the so called "mountain scale" armor! Its a super fun pattern but I never wanted to get too deep into it as its WILDLY labor intensive.

Since starting Adderall I have: - less than 2% credit card use - no outstanding debts loans - a portfolio worth over 200k That's what 5 years of therapy and drugs did for me. It turned my life around and gave me executive function I never had, and a future for my family. RFK - Go fuck yourself.

Nuke the account. Worked a peach for me. Side effect - I also stopped getting about 70% of the 'WE HAVE A JOB OFFER' emails from people and companies I'd never signed up for or contacted.

Natural Side Effect - Middle career people are dipping as they can (and do) get more money elsewhere. I have seen more take home pay increases in the past 5 years than I did in the prior 15 years at other jobs. Wild time to be a GenX and not feel totally screwed, at least financially.

As already I've watch so many seniors retire in the last 2 years and they all say the same things "yea I've had enough of this place". Honestly - the scary things to me - this is the more humane workplace I've ever had in 25 years of IT support. If MGMT said '5 days a week' they'd just cash out.

One of the more fascinating anecdotal points of returning to the office was that nobody wanted to. Mgmt did. Then they ran the numbers and realized...40% of the company could retire tomorrow. Thus we maintain the hybrid work schedule...at least until enough blood has been replaced.
