Imo the issue is twofold: 1) The McElroy's vibe is you either like it or you don't, and ngl I think Emily just doesn't like their kinda comedy, but also 2) Travis McElroy is not a great GM, so the seasons of The Adventure Zone GM'd by him have a lot of problems. He works a lot better as player imo

There's a channel called Alex Archives that did a live action adaptation of Ted the Caver. I haven't watched it but I've heard good things, and I did watch his original series Hollow Birds which is some great weird found footage horror involving dinosaurs

I do like Great Comet but imo some of the songs drag a bit so I can't put it as my fav. I think Hadestown is definitely my personal favorite, tho I hold up Into The Woods as my sort of gold standard for a perfectly constructed musical even if it's not my absolute favorite
