Exactly! It's perfect, the more detail, the better. Especially if I have no physical access to the machine to diagnose hardware faults. The user is my only insight.

Not just the work ones. Maintain all your machines and peripherals. Keyboards are disgusting. I just had to do a Model M that looked like it had been the victim of a nosebleed and several sodas.
