Oh, I like this one. I think I'll try a thicker nib. I tend to be an ultrafine girly, and that isn't doing me any favors with Arabic.

What IS good for Arabic? I am on a (sadly) multi-year quest to elevate my Arabic handwriting into the realm of legibility and need all the help I can get.

As a Jew, I don't care what your heart has done (although, if it's bleeding, perhaps a cardiologist...?). I DO care what you say publicly when those words and beliefs encourage antisemitism that leads people to hurt and kill actual Jewish humans. Hope that helps!

Me: Y’all are confusing average and median. Lawyers: Dude, we went to law school because we were told there would be no math.

I'm laying here over-full of wine and brisket pondering how to add a line about a berita from beit J-twitter, regarding the plagues, noting that no Spaniards were involved in the exodus to our family Haggadah for next year.

We are installing our new kitchen before Pesach. We ripped the room down to the studs and are installing new wall, tile, cabinets, floor, appliances, sink and counters. Does the fact that it has never been used for food before make the kitchen K for P or do I have to kasher too?

Seriously, not a New Yorker, but this was 100% the deciding factor in us buying in an emerging neighborhood with transit. I have three teens, one of which will never drive and the idea of ten years of "Mom, can you give me a ride?" haunted me.

I feel this. I loved pronouns in bios because I can't always parse the gender of people in other cultures. Do you know, off hand, the gender of Ariel, Prattipron, or Goodday? Friend, I do not, and I hate getting it wrong when I need to ask someone for a favor.

Really fucking terrible, actually, thanks for asking. I'm overseas and I have to get back to see my family, but if a ship were a sensible option I'd be doing that.
