The 6s is running iOS 12. Also, you'll be able to switch to Chirp Legacy even on devices and browsers that support regular Chirp.

Safari added support for position fixed; in Safari 3.2 (iOS 3.2). Chirp Legacy aims to support down to the first iPhone/iPod touch on the latest version of iOS they can support (iOS 3.1.3, which is Safari 3.1).

no? Safari 3, used on iOS 3, does not support position: fixed; position: sticky; or overflow-y: scroll; Safari 15 supports all of those properties

...only problem with that is that it'll be in the way and on top of your content when scrolling until you stop scrolling for it to be able to calculate how much you've scrolled.
