I have been grappling with that question for the last 8+ years, since GenX white women lined up to help hand Orange Joffrey his first victory. My current theory is this is a particularly disturbing manifestation of GenX’s constant urge to tell the powers that be to fuck themselves.

If anything would move Gorsuch, it would be that. Indian Law is one of the few areas that he consistently sides with the liberal wing of the Court.
