Learned just recently about Frank Hurley's photographs. Didn't realize they'd had a photographer aboard. A lot of the shots seem boggling to me, especially the moving pictures.
Don't underestimate the determined nerd with a camera I guess.

This is lovely. What do you use for the gold, if you don't mind my asking.

Gotta import a fairy godmother or something. Maybe the mice can help with the cleaning and sing happy songs, once properly enscorcelled.

Yeah. It's like a Reverse Turing Test, almost.
Can you, an actual human, distinguish yourself from a moderately good aggregator bot with a chat interface?

You can block anything Kagi detects is an AI image. Wish there was something for written content, but I use the AI image block constantly.

What sold me on Kagi is that you can pin, boost, lower, or block any domain from your searches. If you want Pinterest spam out of your image searches you block Pinterest. If you want all Pinterest all the time, boost or pin it.

Sausage, pineapple, and jalapeno pizza. Am mindful that not everyone is into that flavor combination.
Reading back and forth between The Enlightenment and The Age of Wonder. Am finding that era really delightful right now.

I go both ways. I have a praise kink AND I have a hard time accepting compliments.

I appreciate how, as more things shift to digital, people reach for analog engagement. Record players and Polaroid instant cameras, who knew?

Night Circus was pretty great. It made me want to run away and join the circus.
