B/W commission is $160 for one char, $230 for two, $80 for every additional char Color commission is $200 for one char, $340 for two, $100 for every additional char after X-ray shots are $5. Simple BGs (grass, wood floors, etc) are included, but any complex BG design will have a surcharge.

That should have little risk of slipping. Although does it even need new thermal paste? That is unlikely to be necessary unless it's like older than 10+ years. I'd first get rid of all the dust bunnies between the cooling fins. XD

You can get a screw like that out with a pliers, but don't use a needle nose, they don't build enough pressure on the head, use a combination pliers, grip the sides of the screw by holding it parallel to the board very hard and then swivel it counterclockwise, but only in very short bursts.
