However, small things, when aggregated, can make a huge difference and often offset the impact of isolated large achievements. When there aren’t enough people paying attention to the small things, the long-term outcomes tend to be poor

100% agree

Is independent journalism really the future though? How different is it from legacy media or content creators? All compete for attention and are swayed by where attention and money are. Forget journalism—most people don’t even know what it actually is

It does. Other countries, like Turkey, buy crude oil from Russia, refine it, and then the EU purchases the relabeled fuel. And that’s just what’s known. Some exemptions to the EU ban still seem to be in effect. So, in practice, the EU does buy oil from Russia

The EU still buys from Russia, so whether you like it or not, increasing imports from the US as a replacement wouldn’t be a bad option

Think about it—what would happen if everyone’s pay suddenly matched that of a CEO? Disregard, for a moment, that this isn’t feasible and consider the consequences: the impact on savings, prices, and the economy as a whole

Indeed, it’s fascinating how peccancies once deemed ignominious have transmogrified into quaint vestiges of human cogitation. Typos are no longer mere blemishes but idiosyncratic imprimaturs—proof of sapient deliberation, ineffably organic and irreducibly authentic.

Good luck with that. Initiatives like this rarely address the real root causes

From the perspective of someone benefiting from low fertility rates, the issue is irrelevant as long as immigration offsets the shortfall. Such individuals can afford to ignore or even worsen the cost of living, as doing so often boosts their profit margins
