I also upped my gym training to 3 times a week a few weeks ago, interesting to see the results of this after some time. Though eating a bit more after 3 months might require some rewiring

Now I’m testing upping my protein and calory intake a bit to give my strength training a boost, I’m also testing supplementing with a vegan protein powder for the first time. I already started taking creatine about 2 months ago✨

Yeah I still prioritize them and planks in my home bodyweight training so I do them early on, then I move to other upper body exercises such as rows and hammer curls etc

Yeah various push-ups are a rather intense finisher, I still do my push-ups as my first exercise after my warm-ups when I do my home bodyweight workouts tbh. I sometimes do push-ups after my gym workout but yeah I can feel I’m a lot more tired then

Diamond push-ups are a lot tougher than the regular push-ups for me as well, they reaaaally burn the triceps and feel heavier to push up. So I often adjust the difficulty by adjusting how close together I keep my hands on the floor

After increasing my rest days by lessening my home workouts between my gym days, I’m already noticing a difference in my gym performance. Kinda made a rookie mistake thinking my home workouts weren’t that heavy. I also placed this exercise to be either my first or second exercise for prioritization

He was also very chill and accepting about my name and pronouns and said that he tries his best to use the correct terms. He then said that the most important thing is that I'm happy and feel good about myself, and that I'm always his sibling. This whole phone call was so nice and wholesome🖤
