I always tell my kids you learn more from your failures than your sucesses. Once you succeed you move on and don't think on it anymore, but a failure allows you to reanalyze a problem and look at it from different perspectives and you may find something you weren't even looking for.

This is something that troubles me. People are willing to rally against things that would be a marked improvement just because they don't solve everything. A problem like climate change is going to require LOTS of solutions and incremental steps. But people stop us from taking even the smallest ones

Areas where being Extroverted may be challenging could include:
- Desiring large-scale collabs (which in itself is a huge undertaking and require project managing skills)
- An unsuitable environment/routine which makes you feel lonely constantly, affecting work productivity.

is not an easy space to thrive in regardless and its reductive to say 'Extroverts have it easier because they have more dopamine output from socialising'. It may make being live (with an audience) less tiring, but with most other areas of content creation it's equal footing.

I always tell my commissioners how long I’m taking, when and why I’m updating about stuff and if anything happens I update them immediately even if it hasn’t affected my work flow yet, just as a heads up. 🙏
