Hi Nick. Thanks for including me. I'm in an area that supported Brexit & sometimes I feel like a voice in the wilderness with a government who won't even talk about it. Maybe they're afraid & will discover we do want to rejoin the EU & they might actually have to do something about it.

working for Canadian and US companies crossed the border fromToronto and back many times. The Canadians were efficient,punctiliously correct& polite whereas in few yards into US you entered another world. As if US officials were there as some punishment and happy to take it out on travellers.

I have this belief that if Doctors can see your green knee or whatever then they can usually sort out what to do and fix it…More nebulous things, not feeling well, wobbly for no reason etc they find much harder so offer pills…. I think in lots of cases rest is the answer- not always of course, but..

I have a reservoir of pragmatism&realise politics is the art of the possible.. but sometimes I wish politicians would stop worrying about “optics”&do the clearly obvious right thing.Trump is a crook-nothing good coming from a deal with him.Starmer should recognise this&where the UK’s interest lies.
