what's interesting is that the embodied carbon goes down when you jump from 6 to 8 stories. assuming 6 units per floor (3 per stair core) - you're looking at a 10% reduction in embodied CO2 per unit. alas, US single stair regs don't allow 8 story PABs...

The proposal is just the first step of the budget process. Congress often ignores budget requests. Time and again Trump/Musk have proven impotent at the smallest pushback. So, it is time to push back, loud. Call your Reps and Senators, even if they are GOP—especially if they are GOP.
