My local indie bookstore wanted to charge me to do the bare minimum of telling people I would be in their store for a signing, stopped paying it's employees for 3 months shortly thereafter, and closed abruptly.
Now we just have B&N and a used bookstore place.

New ice cube tray. Definitely a thing I need to put on my shopping list. The one we have (that is not novelty flamingos, flowers, or giant cubes that say YAY!) is SO STIFF and my poor weak author keyboard hands can't crack it. ðŸ˜

The fridge in this house is easily 50% more magnetic real estate than we previously had but somehow I have less room for magnets and I am blaming the (broken) water/ice dispenser.
