In case people don’t know, Farage and his cronies are a “Trump/Musk wannabe” show, peddling the same racist and misogynistic tripe as other far right groups.
The common message is the same: create fear without realistic solutions.
Power and money are the only objective

So much for being the greatest deal-maker!
He is giving it all to Putin, with nothing in return.
(well, I say nothing in return.....)

Spot on.
However, you missed:
• Europe drifts away from the USA, leading to economic challenges all round
• Russia invades the Baltic States (NATO members). USA does nothing

ALL money to enable the required service to the required standards to be delivered, including investment into infrastructure and costs associated with raising capital, MUST come from Thames Water’s owners.
NOT the customers.
The Govt MUST protect the interests of citizens.
It’s their job.

I’ve also had one of those this evening. No reason.

Yes, but as lamb consumption is falling, we simply don't need it.
Subsidising hill farming to support "a way of life" when it is is to the detriment of the environment makes no sense, in the same way that allowing drilling for oil and gas makes no sense.

I get the point that isn't "him", anymore than it is "him" designing rockets.
However, it does help to fill his pockets with cash, and that it why I will not spend money with his companies.

The whole point of an effective Land Use Policy will be to maximise food production land (wheat, Barley, Oilseed Rape), while making equal intervention into increasing biodiversity on land that is too poor for food production.
Your point about sheep is bang on.

Look up Guy Shrubsole, who wrote a book about the remnants of such forests.
There are examples in the South West; Wistmans Wood on Dartmoor, for example

A good point. We need more of this. The Chinese aren’t any better, making infrastructure loans on projects they build which can’t be repaid.
Result? China now owns the infrastructure….
