This is really well made. Very impressive.

That's what's worrying me. I haven't been able to recreate it, but I do suspect it has to do with some sort of control input either before or while entering a door.

I played mine and ran i to a strange graphical glitch when entering a room. The screen flashed a green color and soft locked. Thankfully, I didn't brick my GBA.

I'm so curious to see this. I love that more people are making sprite animations for her.

What's this... Jasmine's idle animation.. but in HD?
Yes. I wanted to share a bit more info about how this was made. It's not traditional pixel art! It's actually a rig made with vector images, bones, all that good stuff... that was later downscaled to 10% and exported.

"You know... Those bricks aren't held together with mortar. You can add that in right? It's a simple request. Also, and I know this is last minute, but we can't extend the deadline either... so..."

I am so unbelievably tempted to make her a fighting idle animation.

1) I love your setup!
2) Once you start using CSP for digital comic work, you'll never look elsewhere.
3) Most importantly... CAT!

I was given some great advice on things to be mindful of when making pixel art. Specifically on the perspective and 3/4 tilting issues (in fact, Tyson wrote about it on his site tysontan.com/gallery/gall... )
I put it to practice and I must say that I can see how much of a difference it makes!

Here's an example of my logic behind the character height based on FP2 sprites.

Thank you! I'll improve at making pixel art with practice. I'm happy that I did a good interpretation.
Question. Are the various heights of characters based on head to body ratio, or some other factor? I based my understanding off of FP2's character heights, but wasn't too sure about the rodents.

Perfect! I made an update and touched up a few things. Your critique was on point to the one I had gotten earlier. I need to be more mindful of the coloring, shading, and outline. Thank you so much!

I would also like to mention that I'm open to critiques. I want to improve at making pixel art since I'm still not all to comfortable with the method of making them. It's really hard to convert my thinking of a pixel into an area or shape rather than just as part of a stroke or fill in hi res art.

Nice use of the colors to make the visuals pop! I would love to see more.
